Meet the Owners

 

Brooke Byrne: Brooke is one of the founding members of the restaurant, and brings years of customer service skills to the restaurant. She handles customer complaints and provides information on Nori’s products and services. In addition to this, Brooke oversees the human resources department by planning, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of Nori. Brooke works closely with the behind-the-scenes functions and management of staff to ensure happy customers.

 

Joel Koshy: Manager. Joel is one of the founding members of the restaurant, and he brings years of experience working in the restaurant business. He does an excellent job supervising the staff, and making sure every customer leaves Nori with a smile on their face. Joel is also a professional wine sommelier, which brings us a different approach to how we taste test our seafood before it is offered to the public.

 

Tom O’Donnell: Co-owner. Tom is one of the founding members of the restaurant, and he brings years of culinary skills to the kitchen staff of Nori. He assists in the training of new kitchen staff and the selection of ingredients to serve. When not in the kitchen, Tom helps manage daily operations within the front of the restaurant
